There is no limit!

There are two ways to raise funds:

1. Donors select one or more days on your participant's calendar.
2. Donors send a donation for any amount via the donation form.  They can send donations this way even if the calendar is full.

We can set up your calendars however you like, which when combined with the number of participants, will give us a fairly accurate estimate on how much can be raised.

Each participant can raise up to $496 with their calendar, so a participant size of 100 can raise around $50,000 in about three weeks.

Keep in mind that the donor can select one or multiple days, so they have the ability to customize their actual donation amount this way.  They can also donate any amount via the donation form if they want to donate beyond what the calendar offers, or if a specific calendar day is already taken or if the calendar is completely full.

Your campaign costs you nothing!  100% of the funds you raise go to your organization.  We add a small processing fee to each donation that your donor sees upfront.  This is how we are able to manage your campaign with no cost to you.

It is up to you, but the average is about 4 weeks.

If a participant receives enough donations to fill their calendar, congratulations!  While they will no longer be able to receive donations to their calendar, donors can still donate any amount via the donation form.

No.  Once a donor contributes to a date, it goes directly to a general account.  Participants never have to reach out to collect the money.  Once the campaign is complete, a check is sent to the organization with a report showing how much was raised, and the amount raised by each participant.

No.  That is another benefit of this platform.  Participants do not have to sell in front of store fronts, go door-to-door, or worry about being turned down.  They simply paste their unique URL on social media, or share via email or text to family and friends for a more personable experience.

Very little!  What we need from you to begin:

1. A signed service agreement
2. A copy of your organization's W-9
3. The name and address to send your check to at the close of your campaign
4. How you want to set up your accounts (see below)

There are two ways we can set you up - the choice is yours.

Quickest Option

You provide us with a list of participant's first & last names - that's it!  If you're not sure if some will be participating, provide us with their name anyway so we can set up their calendar. That way, it is available for them if they want to participate, and there is no harm if they don't.  We will in turn provide you with a list of each participant's unique URL.  It takes about 24 hours to get everyone added to our system.

Pro:  We set up everyone's profiles at the same time, which means you aren't relying on your participants to do it themselves, and you can start raising funds quicker.

Con:  Since we create the profiles, it will be missing the participant's photo and personalized bio.  However, you can provide us with your organization's photo or logo along with a short blurb about your org or campaign, and we will use that for everyone's page.

Personalized Option

We provide you with a sign-up link, which you share with your participants.  Your participants access the link to create their profile, where they can upload their photo and write a short bio about themselves and what they are raising funds for.

Pro:  This option typically results in a more successful campaign due to the personalized profile page.

Con:  Since you are relying on your participants to create their profile in order to get started, some may take longer to do so or may not do it at all.  For younger participants, we recommend a leader have a 'sign-up' session where everyone signs up under your supervision.

Your participants can start raising funds as soon as they create their account.

The major difference is that our calendar is ALL digital.  Once participants have shared their calendar on social media, it can be shared by others, reaching thousands more people.

That means you don't keep up with a paper calendar - no more keeping track of who donated, constantly marking off dates, and collecting and reporting money.  Once the date is purchased, the donor's name populates their selected dates and it is no longer available for others.

Crowdfunding is a way of raising money to finance projects and businesses.  It enables fundraisers to collect money from a large number of people via online platforms.  Crowdfunding is most often used by startup companies or growing businesses as a way of raising alternative funds.

Some of the ways we are different from a crowdfunding campaign:

• We tailor to organizations to supplement budgets, fund smaller projects, or raise funds for individuals within their org.  Crowdfunding is primarily used for startups to raise capital.
• We do all the heavy lifting of getting your org and participants prepared for your campaign.  We are here to help before, during, and after.  Crowdfunding campaigns are typically set up and managed by you, and you need to be familiar with their platform.
• Our campaigns typically last 3-4 weeks (although this is completely up to you), where a crowdfunding campaign takes about twice as long.
